Today Market Place has been closed at the junction of Church Street and junction of Kings Arms Street.
There is limited access only for small delivery vehicles at Kings Arms Street to park and manoeuvre by the Market Cross for delivery to the few shops that are still open.
Market Place will be closed for around four weeks and parking will be suspended temporarily outside shops. The free two hour parking remains in place for shoppers in Bank Loke and Vicarage Street car parks.
