  • Advise us of any special needs of the residents
  • Remove valuables and breakables away from the work area
  • Be cautious and keep a safe distance from our works, tools and equipment
  • Let us know if you need to “pop out” whilst we are working so that access can be arranged
  • Speak to the customer contact on site if you have any questions or concerns. You can easily identify them as they will be wearing a high visibility jacket with the wording ‘Customer Contact’ on the back
