  • Following the ongoing Planning application an on site meeting between Land & Planning and the Local Authority has taken place on last Friday 15th of November 2019.
  • tRIIO is currently awaiting feedback from the Land and Planning.
  • Current expected date for the decision : Thursday 12 December.

An update will be provided as soon as we have new information.

Awaiting permissions

  • The planning application was submitted on Thursday 10 October, there is a minimum of 8 weeks for this to be processed and a decision confirmed
  • A decision is due to be expected by Thursday 12 December

Once we have further information we will provide more information.

Please see project update:

  • We have now received all of the detailed survey drawings required to make our final submission to Kensington and Chelsea. These have been passed on to our external planning consultants who continue to liaise with the council and aim to finalise and submit the listed building application by the end of next week
  • Kensington and Chelsea are aware of the no gas situation and will endeavour to determine the application as quickly as the statutory process allows.

  • We are currently still awaiting freeholder permissions. a license is require to install pipework within the building and is currently in hand with freeholder surveyors
  • A meeting with Land and Planning has been arranged for Monday 16 September

Awaiting permissions

Please see updates for work:

  • There was a meeting on site with design on Wednesday 21 August regarding ventilation in the basement flat
  • The basement flat has been restored but we are still awaiting confirmation on the ventilation requirements for the rebuild
  • Surveyor Simon Boygle returned to site on Friday 23 August for an ongoing survey
  • There was a site meeting on Tuesday 27 August with Cadent and design to resolve internal welded riser route before they can send for permissions
  • Welded network survey has been sent to the managing agents for permissions
  • Parking bay suspensions have also been requested
  • Permissions were chased on Friday 30 August and again today – Monday 2 September, we are currently awaiting listed planning confirmation.

Ongoing work

Please see updates to work:

  • Parking bay suspensions are in hand with Cadent, If agreed a design will be required
  • A site meeting was arranged on Friday 16 August
  • A partial hand-over was completed Saturday 17 August
  • Riser work started on Saturday 17 August and is ongoing
  • A fitter will be on site today – Monday 19 August.

Awaiting permissions

Please see updates to work:

  • The survey has been completed and submitted to the organisation responsible for the management of your building.
  • We are still awaiting the necessary permissions in order to commence work but will begin the process of planning the work in order to restore your gas
  • Parking bay suspensions have been requested for Wednesday 14 August, we are also awaiting confirmation on this.
