- As you may be aware, 19 Cleveland Square W2 6DG is a Grade II listed building therefore any work that affects its character or appearance as a building of special architectural or historic interest requires listed building consent from the local planning authority. We will contact the relevant parties and update you as soon as we have more information
- During our survey it was identified that there was a possibility that we may be able to reuse some of the existing pipe work, subject to it passing strict testing procedures. In order to carry out this test we will need access to all flats on a planned date of work, even if you don’t use gas
- We are currently awaiting permissions to remove the ceiling of the flats, this is essential for us to carry out the test mentioned above.
