Out for survey

Please see updates to work:

  • Our surveyor Simon Boygle will be attending site today – Tuesday 24 September in order to establish the scope of work required to restore the gas and will require access to individual flats. Once the survey is complete, it will be passed to the organisation responsible for the management of your building to obtain the necessary permissions to carry out the work.

Once further information is available we will provide an update.

  • Surveyor Adam Zollo attended site to survey on Saturday 21 September
  • Surveyor Adam Zollo returned to site yesterday – Monday 23 September
  • The survey was submitted yesterday and we are currently awaiting permissions
  • Surveuor Adam Zollo to speak to the Council about estate parking.

  • Parking bay suspensions were requested on Thursday 19 Septemeber
  • The survey was submitted  and permissions received on Friday 20 September
  • LAB attended site on Saturday 21 September
  • Design was received yesterday – Monday 23 September
  • Parking bay suspensions are due to start tomorrow – Wednesday 25 September
  • A hand-over has is due to take place today – Tuesday 24 September.

Please see updates to work:

  • A survey was completed on Thursday 19 September
  • Temp work have confirmed that as long as the building owner can provide the structural report, then tRIIO can carry out the gas restoration
  • The survey was submitted for permissions on Friday 20 September and permissions were received the same day
  • Design was received on Friday 20 September
  • We are currently awaiting written permissions from design regarding structural safety
  • Parking bay suspensions have been granted to start from tomorrow – Wednesday 25 September.

  • Survey completed and submitted for permissions on Thursday 19 September, currently awaiting permissions
  • Cut and test approved
  • Design was received on Friday 20 September. We are currently awaiting confirmation of stock vents, permissions were received from one of the two managing agents of your building
  • Parking bay suspensions have been requested for Saturday 7 October

We will provide an update when we have further information.

  • Surveyor Sime Boygle attended site to survey on Wednesday 18 September
  • Survey to be completed and submitted for permission on Thursday 19 September
  • Managing agents do not want external pipework. A cut and test survey was submitted to design on Friday 20 September
  • We are currently awaiting a response from the managing agents of your building as they are not happy with the rebuild option.
